Introduction of Global Village Dubai

Global Village Dubai is one of the greatest holiday spending destinations. It’s open annually for the specific season from October to April. It provides entertainment and makes your evening spectacular. It’s a combination of Theme parks and Festivals. It presents a replica of international culture, zones, food pavilions, rides, shows, and architecture. It covers an area of 17200000 square feet (about half the area of Central Park in New York City) and provides unlimited options for tourists from around the world about excitement, thrill, entertainment, and adventure. In the 26th season global village, had hosted more than 7.80 million people from all around the world. Global Village has opened for its 27th session, on the 25th of October 2022, and remains open till April 2023 with 27 Pavilions and more than 80 cultures from all around the global world.

Facilities for Tourists

Global Village Dubai opened at 6 PM, on the 25th of October 2022. Millions of people still go there to spend their holidays. There is a Ticket charged for entry into the Global Village and One ticket is just 25 UAE Dirhams. There is free entry for children under the age of 3, senior citizens 65 years old or above, and people of determination. One day is reserved for ladies and families only, and that’s Tuesday. You can book tickets online as well as from the counters outside the Global Village through cash. If you are out of cash, there’s an ATM also available. They have all the resources to facilitate you. You can receive nearly 10 percent discounts through Online booking of tickets. You can buy the pass for all rides at once through the rides option on the Global Village App by installing it. They scan your luggage and tag it after scanning it for safety purposes. Rickshaws are available to go inside Global Village if you don’t like to walk. We suggest a Taxi or rented car from remote areas of Dubai instead of a Metro or Bus service to reach Global Village.

Childhood Memories

A great place to spend your holidays. Here you are lost in your childhood memories by seeing balloons, food stalls, snacks, and others. There are Bumping cars and Bumping Boats which are very interesting. There is a Ferry Wheel inspired by the Dubai Eye, similarly here you can see the display although it’s not that big it looks very attractive. Some rides are very enchanting. The ride is for the Adrenaline Junkies, here you can record yourself Once it goes up it records your reaction.

Culture of the Nations

Here you can experience the different cultures of the nations. Here you experience just in a few hours, of world different cultures. There are small areas designated for every country. Global Village reopens its gates for its 27th season last year in October. The theme park, markets, and Global Village feature 78 cultures in 27 pavilions with more than 3,500 displays from countries near and far, where visitors can pick up traditional handicrafts and snacks from over 200 eateries. Here you can also enjoy stage performances of different countries such as Lebanese cultural dance.

Festival Park

Just like the fun-fair, you will see a lot of shows where they designed iconic architecture like the Leaning Tower of Italy, the Taj Mahal of India, ancient Egypt, and others. People take selfies with these iconic structures as memories. The street performances of fire breathing, thrilling stunts, number of games, funfair, scared bat, and much more amaze you and feel a lively atmosphere. On the way, you get many restaurants, representing different cuisines from different countries. Here You can sense some patriotic feelings at each pavilion. The best part is that people have represented their Cultural Diversity looking absolutely wonderful. They have displayed pieces of Culture at the entrance. Inside you can see many shops, the maximum Shops are for ladies’ and kids’ Apparel.

Road of Asia

In this season of Global Village, you find the cultures and colors of Asia as you walk on the road of Asia. It is a special pedestrian street. There are more than 43 kiosks bringing the bustling atmosphere of the best Asian markets to Global Village. Here you find authentic street food products and crafts from 30 Nation countries including Malaysia, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Nepal, and more Savor Asian flavors at their best with signature street food.

Floating Market

There is a floating market. The whole market remains floating on the water. You can find all types of seafood here and when you walk here you will feel like you are walking in the Chinese food street. You also enjoy the awesome view of the global village. The floating Market is located next to Dragon Lake, the venue for the new Dragon Fire and Water displays. You can enjoy Sumptuous Seafood, a wide range of ramen grills, fried and baked dishes, and sweet delicacies with some stunning views. The Asian-inspired floating Market will serve everything from steaming bowls of Indonesian Ramen and Vietnamese fur to Malaysian spicy grills and Korean dumplings.

Railway Market

In Global Village, there is also a railway Market. The Market entertains guests of all ages with its unusual thrumming of 14 train bogeys which hosts over 30 vendors of sweets, ice cream pastries, and beverages. In the global village, you see the umbrella market inspired by Thailand’s world-famous umbrella Market. In the global village, inside every Pavilion, you can enjoy the traditional food of that country

Pavilions

Small area pavilions represent different countries. You can see shows such as Water Shows, performances, Cultural, and dance performances, etc. Daily you will find different performances. You see scenic views of the global village through pavilion areas of different countries. There is a city mall where you can buy things and go shopping. It is very beautiful when light changes with different colors. You can see the Russian pavilion, and watch Axes and Sumerian swords. Pakistani Pavilion with Pakistani foods such as Bun Kebab, and sweets like Rubri Faluda, Mutkaa Tea, and much more. In Turkey Pavilion you will find here Turk foods and sweets like Kunafa and Mankiesh. The best and most attractive part of this pavilion was the ice cream seller’s performance. They made a very good playing area for the children and if you are coming with your kids, they will enjoy it a lot.

Fiesta Street is a joyful Street located between Arabian Square and the kids’ theater here you’ll find everything from toasted chicken sandwiches and loaded fries to creamy risottos and baklava fraps. This season for a special serving of iconic street food from all over the world. Indian wedding Buffet at the Indian Chart Bazaar Savor the spices and relish the traditional favorites including chart, Pani Puri, Doses, parathas, and Bun kebabs. There are Thai fruits ripe at the fruit Bazaar, Turkish baklava, Syrian kanafa, spicy Pakistani bun kebab, dahi bhallay, and much more to explore.
