DUBAI, yes Dubai, whenever we hear that word the image that comes to our mind is the land of huge, tall, and state-of-the-art designed skyscrapers, manmade islands, beaches, and the city of gold. Dubai is also known as the city of Gold because a major part of its economy consists of gold trading. Dubai is the capital of the Emirates of Dubai and also the most populated city of it. Dubai is a very famous well renowned city of the Global Village. Dubai was established during the 18th century as a fishing village. In the 20th century, it evolved into Global Village`s hub for global transport, passenger cargo, trade, business, technology, and luxury lifestyles. All the giant financial firms of the Global Village run their businesses from Dubai. In the 21st, century Dubai was renowned for the city of, tourism, its luxurious lifestyle, and the world’s second most five-star hotels, Burj Al Khalifa was known as the tallest building in the world with 828 meters in height. In a true sense, the Visionary, brave, bold leadership of Dubai and revenue from oil, accelerated the advancement of the city. Dubai’s leadership decided to make the economy strong by initiating and establishing several free trade zones like The Jebel Ali to attract industrial investors, car manufacturers, aluminum smelting, and cement production. These free trading zones allow Multinational companies to operate from Dubai without local partners. This idea gets phenomenal success as it attracts Europeans, North Americans, and even more than six thousand companies from all over the Global Village. Visionary leadership invests a significant share of its GDP to develop the infrastructure of the city. The Dubai International Financial Center after opening in 2006 owns independent legal jurisdiction and sets aside the UAE constitution and operates on a separate commercial and civil framework based on English common law. It helps companies who want to establish themselves in the Middle East. Dubai’s geographical location plays a role as a bridge between the time zones of major financial hubs in East Asia and Europe. In 2009 after the crash of the real estate and financial sector Abu Dhabi helped Dubai from defaulting by providing a loan of 10 billion dollars for its obligations.


Palm Jumeirah, are a humanly created offshore islands in Dubai. All the innovation and luxury that went into creating Dubai’s most popular and incredibly expensive attraction Palm Jumeirah was an ambitious project launched by the government of Dubai. Years of research and the work of Dubai’s brightest minds went into creating the paradise.

            Which was created using real rocks sand and trees to make it feel like a tropical island. That is the site for hotels and private residences. The luxury hotels, seaside apartments, beachfront villas, the famed island, and its many features attract millions of tourists every year. From space, it resembles a stylized palm tree within a circle. It was built in the early 21st century and financed from Dubai’s income from its oil products. The Crescent, Trunk, fronds, and spine represent the names by which Palm Jumeirah`s principal sectors are known. Its master plan was proposed by Helman Hurley Charvat Peacock, an American architectural firm, and developed by a real estate company Nakheel. Its construction and development work started in 2001 and the first residents shifted in 2007. In Pam Jumeirah 21st century`s second decade, more than 10000 people lived. Palm Jumeirah was the first, of other similar projects which completed, and others remain under development due to the economic crisis.
