Today the whole world knows that kid, as the richest person in the world Elon Musk. His mother Maye Musk a model and dietitian from Canada, and his father Errol Musk, was a South African electromechanical engineer, pilot, and sailor.

In 1995 Elon Musk and his brother Kimbal Musk started Zip2, a web software company. The company raised money from a small group of investors. In 1999 Elon Musk Sold the company Zip2 to Compaq. Compaq acquired the company for 307 million dollars in cash and 34 million dollars in stock options.
In 1999 Musk sold his 7 percent share for 22 million dollars and started co-founding X.com, a financial services and payments company via email. He provides a high level of security by avoiding complications for users in the transfer of money.

In 2000 he merged X.com with in Silicon Valley-based company and the merged company changed its name to PayPal. In May 2002 with his 100 million dollars Founded Space Exploration Technologies or SpaceX.
SpaceX develops and manufactures space launch vehicles. Their goal is to make more affordable vehicles that would make it possible to one day reach and colonize Mars.
In October 2002 eBay acquired PayPal.
eBay acquired PayPal for 1.5 billion dollars in stock, of which Musk won 150 million USD in eBay shares.
In July 2003 Engineers Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning founded Tesla Motors. In 2004 Elon Musk came into the project by leading an investment round in the Startup with a personal contribution of 70 million dollars. Musk participated in designing their first electric car, which was a Tesla Roadster sports car.
Elon Musk provided the initial concept and financial capital for SolarCity in 2006. Co-founded by his cousins Lyndon and Peter Rive, SolarCity develops and sells solar panels and solar roof tiles.
In 2012 SpaceX Dragon SpaceX‘s vehicle, Dragon docked with the International Space Station (ISS) and made history as the first commercial company to launch and berth a vehicle on the International Space Station.
In 2014 they announced the first version of the autopilot Tesla motor.
It was capable of lane control with autonomous steering, braking, and speed limit adjustment based on signal image recognition.
Elon Musk co-founded a nonprofit artificial research company OpenAI in 2015. The mission of the company was to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity.
Elon Musk in 2016 co-founded Neuralink, a neurotechnology Startup company centered on creating devices that can be implanted in the human brain, with the eventual purpose of helping human beings.
